Do my clients need an account to download?
No. You share a short link (or a QR code) and your client downloads directly, with no sign-up on their side.

Are my files used to train an AI?
Never without your explicit consent. Your files stay yours: no use, redistribution or indexing. You keep all rights.

How large a file can I send?
Up to 2 GB per file on the free plan, and up to 100 GB per file on Studio. Uploads run in parallel.

How long do my deliveries stay online?
You choose the expiry: from 7 days on free up to 365 days on Studio. After that, files expire automatically. You can also delete a delivery in one click at any time.

Can I password-protect a delivery?
Yes, it's optional and available from the Creator plan. Every download also goes through a signed URL valid for 5 minutes.

Where are my files hosted?
In Europe (Paris), GDPR-compliant. Delivery links are private, non-indexed, and use unguessable identifiers. You can export or delete your data at any time.

How is xFer different from WeTransfer or a Drive link?
Anonymous links send files; xFer delivers projects. You get a delivery page in your brand, where your client downloads, approves in one click and requests a framed revision if needed.
